The Noggin Learning App
At Noggin, a preschool learning app focused on early childhood education, I led the global redesign to transform Noggin from a traditional SVOD service into an immersive and interactive learning platform for young children.
Most recently, I worked as a Senior Product Designer at Paramount+, a subscription video-on-demand service. I was brought on to reimagine the kids and family experience. During my 7 months I supported the creation an AI-driven carousel which created custom collections of content designed for each child's unique interests.
I designed the games feature for Paramount+, enhancing user engagement through deeper character interaction and broadening the platform’s content offerings.
Also, I explored ways to enhance the kids' experience while prioritizing their safety. This included designing a 'nudge' to encourage a kid profile setup, which led to a 79% increase in profile creation.
In addition to leading the global product redesign at Noggin, I played a key role in optimizing our subscription funnel. By launching numerous A/B tests across web, mobile, and CTV platforms, we achieved a 25% increase in conversion rates and a 36% boost in free trial starts.
I redesigned the onboarding experience to allow parents to set tailored learning preferences, while streamlining the mobile interface for better usability and progress tracking.
…Then we used the learning preference data to develop a Parent Dashboard, enhancing communication with parents and delivering personalized insights into each child’s learning progress, which led to a 35% increase in parent engagement.
